Monsoon season stock your cabinet like Dettol and Savlon. Kill those germs before they spread. Cleaning your clothes and shoes with this liquid will give you protection, always carry hand sanitizer in your bag to kill those bacteria on your hands during rains. Also clean the floor of your house by adding few drops of disinfectants to the water.
(Tip- add a few drops of disinfectants to your hot water while taking bath so that germs and bacteria get washed away from your body)

must have from ages. these raincoats comes handy to keep you dry also your fav clothes from getting wet or dirty. you get many types of raincoats in the market choose wisely according to your need. my suggestion is to go for soft plastic ones in the picture which are not heavy easy to maintain also protects you from monsoon.

Without Umbrella you cant pass the rainy season.Everyone needs one.It protects you from rain,getting wet. Its good if you are working,college going or anyone who wish to go out in rainy season that you have a fold able umbrella which you can carry in your bag.

My best part makeup.Always wear minimal makeup during monsoon or no make up at all,keep it simple.But if you cant live without makeup then choose waterproof makeup which stays longer and sets properly,after all you don't want to look messy or your mascara running down your cheeks as if you cried on your way to work LoL,so next buy will be all waterproof makeup.
Waterproof Cell Phone Cover
Next best friend to human is all his gadgets.So make sure you get waterproof covers or protectors to all your cell phones,tabs etc. Worst nightmare when your cell phone stops working because it got wet in rain. You don't want that to happen, Do you?
